Amresh brings 18 years of leadership experience in managing and growing large organizations. Prior to joining Immersive, he managed a US$10 billion balance sheet as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), becoming one of the youngest CXOs across L&T companies. Additionally, he led an India-focused private equity fund within the L&T Group, where he was responsible for investing and working with management teams to scale businesses.
