Amresh brings 18 years of leadership experience in managing and growing large organizations. Prior to joining Immersive, he managed a US$10 billion balance sheet as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), becoming one of the youngest CXOs across L&T companies. Additionally, he led an India-focused private equity fund within the L&T Group, where he was responsible for investing and working with management teams to scale businesses.

Amit has more than 18 years of experience in Sales, Consulting and Entrepreneurship. He is leading Sales and Marketing at Immersive Labz. Earlier as an entrepreneur, he cofounded successful firms Kreativsarg Technology Solutions and Hellodox. In past he worked with Tata Consultancy Services and RIL.
